An Executive Contract of up to four years may be offered.

Reporting to the General Manager Water Services, the Senior Manager Strategy and Planning position provides management, leadership and strategic direction for the strategy and planning functions including business planning and performance function to optimise the Corporations business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong business acumen, management and monitoring of capital and operating budgets, expenditure programs and regulatory reporting, benchmarking and auditing in a multi – utility or similar environment, including knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), AS/NZS 4801 (WHS) and ISO 31000 (Risk). Highly developed leadership, interpersonal and communication skills are essential to provide clear direction and support to promote a high performance culture.
